Our Story

Just like many new businesses, our story started out of a fundamental need for change.

 

In 2019, our 3P Amazon wholesale business was beginning to see more problems with unauthorized sellers on our clients Amazon listings who were selling below MAP price and causing havoc for both us and the brand owners. Unfortunately Amazon's hands-off policies left many brands without a clear path to achieving platform control. Anonymous and unauthorized sellers were undeterred by generic 'Cease and Desist' letters, leaving many brand owners feeling completely out of control and without options.

 

In trying to figure out a solution for our clients, we quick realized that the best option for most retail businesses was to sell their own products on Amazon under their own seller accounts. This of course flew in the face of our 3P wholesale business, but we knew that this was the only way to ensure proper management of marketing, advertising, inventory management and customer experience, and so got to work creating a framework that gives brands the ability to maximize control over their entire Amazon channel by empowering them with the tools and strategies they need to reach their unique business goals.

Our business is focused primarily on small and mid-sized brands who often have less resources to make the transition to a Direct-to-Consumer model. Many established Amazon agencies don't offer or demand large upfront fees for strategies to help with supply chain issues that are often the root cause of channel control.  We wanted to reduce the initial burden on SMBs by including this as part of our service so that more brands would be able to make the most of the Amazon platform.
